Consultation Terms & Conditions:
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the words “you” and “your” refer to the purchaser/customer/owner/client, and the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blissful Rd, LLC.
By accepting the Terms & Conditions you agree to the following:
AUTHORIZATION: Someone who is at least 18 years of age must be present at all times to authorize, review, and approve the Service or proposals provided as part of the Service. The Client warrants that it is the owner of the property or is the owner’s duly authorized property manager; that it is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and that we are permitted to enter upon the property and to perform the consultation.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: The total invoice amount is due and payable upon acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Scheduling will not be completed until payment is received.
CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: You will provide us access/key to the Schedule Property for the duration of the Consultation. You hereby grant Blissful Rd and its employees, and agents, permission to enter upon and use the scheduled property for the purpose of providing Consultation Services and continuing until completed.
SAFETY OF OUR WORKFORCE: To ensure the health and safety of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule the Service due to conditions we deem to be unsafe or when our ability to perform the Service is impaired due to circumstances that are beyond our control—which includes but is not limited to: extreme temperatures, natural disasters, or other hazards, dangerous or unhealthy conditions—real or perceived.
HOLD HARMLESS: Client further agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Blissful Rd, its officers, employees, and agents against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, expenses and claims (including reasonable attorney’s fees) of Client or any third party arising from entry onto the Schedule Property and/or activities as authorized by this agreement, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, including without limitation property damage and personal injury claims.
COMMUNICATION: By providing your phone number, and/or email you agree to receive emails, phone calls and/or text messages to schedule your in-home consultation, discuss services and receive follow up regarding your satisfaction.
TERM/TERMINATION. This Agreement may be terminated by either party. Refunds will be made only within the first 24-hour period from purchase.
SEVERABILITY: The invalidity of any portion of this Agreement will not and shall not be deemed to affect the validity of any other provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the parties agree that the remaining provisions shall be deemed to be in full force and effect as if they had been executed by both parties subsequent to the expungement of the invalid provision.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.
